Chefs preparing dishes together in a professional kitchen
How it works

From our kitchen to your table.

Anyone can say food arrives hot. This is the sequence that makes it true — six checkpoints between our kitchen and your first table.

Hot delivery service

One coordinated journey.

We cook your menu fresh, verify it before dispatch, hold it hot in transit and check it again on arrival — before service begins.

01

Prepared fresh

Your chosen dishes are cooked for your event on the day itself, then moved straight into hot holding.

02

Checked before dispatch

Core temperatures are verified and recorded before anything is sealed and released from the kitchen.

03

Packed for the journey

Dishes go into professional insulated containers and are loaded in service order for heated transport.

Every curry is finished, tasted and temperature-checked before it leaves the kitchen.
04

Kept hot in transit

The delivery environment is managed throughout the journey so the menu arrives hot and stable, not merely warm.

05

Re-checked on arrival

The team confirms every dish is at the correct service temperature before a single tray goes to a table.

06

Served in step with your day

Courses are timed against your running order, so service pauses for speeches, the entrance and key moments.

Timing stays flexible. Standards don’t.

Weddings run late. Speeches overrun. We plan for that — service can hold for the moments that matter while the food stays properly managed until you’re ready.

Questions

Before you enquire.

The things couples and organisers ask us most often, in the order they usually ask them.

We recommend booking at least seven days ahead of your event to secure your preferred date and menu selection. That said, we understand things don’t always come together early — we’re able to take orders with as little as 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Our minimum booking is 30 guests. There’s no maximum — we regularly cater events ranging from intimate gatherings through to large-scale weddings and functions.

Yes, every dish on our menu is halal without exception. All of our meat is HMC (Halal Monitoring Committee) approved, so you can be confident in how it’s sourced and prepared.

Absolutely. We can build a custom menu as part of your quotation, mixing dishes across packages to suit your table. If there’s something specific you’d like that isn’t listed, tell us about it — our chefs can consider dish requests and confirm what’s possible once agreed.

We can offer both. Alongside hot delivery, we have an experienced team of waitering staff available at an additional cost, which we’re happy to discuss and build into your quotation.

Chafing dishes, serving utensils and crockery are all available as optional extras and can be added to your order alongside your food. Just let us know what you’ll need and we’ll price it into your itemised quote.

Before every event, we ask customers to confirm any allergies or dietary requirements so we can plan the menu accordingly. Should anything arise on the day, our team can accommodate suitable substitutes to make sure every guest is properly looked after.

We ask for a 15% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance due one week before your event. If your booking is made within a week of the event itself, full payment will be required upfront.

We can increase your confirmed guest numbers up to 48 hours before the event at the original per-person rate agreed when you booked. Any additions requested within 48 hours of the event are subject to availability and will be charged at 1.5 times the booked per-person rate.
